ISSA-PA Speakers Bank

We are looking for topic speakers and presenters to establish a Central PA Information Security “Speakers Bank”.

What is a “Speakers Bank”?  The ISSA-PA Speakers Bank is a network of professionals, executives, speakers and facilitators. It serves as a repository for area agencies to request subject matter experts (SMEs) to present on items of interest.

What is the cost?  To sign up to serve as a speaker there is no cost. To have a speaker present to your organization or group may vary, but typically the cost should be minimal (enough to cover expenses).

What is the benefit?  You have the benefit of having the latest “real world” information presented from local and national professionals.

Who Can Use the Speakers Bank?  Speakers may be requested by an educational institution to present on a subject covered in a course, they may be asked to present a topic to a non-profit group, speakers may be asked to deliver a presentation that can count towards various certifications continuing professional education (CPE) credits.

Do I need to be an ISSA Member?  No. Speakers do not need to be a member of ISSA.
